I’m Brian Cox—a bowtie-wearing, banjo-playing Creative Director and Brand Experience Leader with a passion for storytelling, design systems, and the heart and soul of a brand.

For over 15 years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and shaped brands across industries—from scrappy startups and mission-driven nonprofits to global companies in tech, healthcare, finance, and CPG. Whether launching a brand from scratch, evolving an identity, or scaling design systems across digital, print, and experiential platforms, I bring strategic clarity, visual rigor, and a collaborative spirit to every partnership.

I thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity—where a strong idea becomes a purposeful brand experience. I’ve led rebrands, built design operations from the ground up, mentored rising designers, and partnered with executives, marketers, and founders to deliver work that not only looks great, but performs.

Endlessly curious and people-centered, I believe design is a powerful force for connection, clarity, and positive change. I work every day to use that superpower for good.

Beyond work, I’m in the vegetable garden pulling weeds, on the court playing pickleball, strumming my banjo, or diving into something new—currently Spanish and water polo.
