I’m Brian Cox—a creative director, brand systems thinker, and hands-on designer with a deep love for clarity, craft, and the stories that make brands meaningful.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve shaped identities, launched campaigns, and built design systems across tech, energy, healthcare, finance, lifestyle, and CPG. I thrive where strategy meets creativity—bringing structure, focus, and strong visual thinking to teams looking to grow or evolve their brand.

I’ve collaborated with founders, executives, marketers, copywriters, photographers, and UX teams to create work that’s both beautifully crafted and genuinely useful—from identity and packaging to print systems and digital storytelling.

I believe great design isn’t just about how something looks; it’s how it works, communicates, and connects with people. That belief has guided my career and how I approach building brands and creative teams.

Outside the studio, you’ll find me in the garden pulling weeds, on the pickleball court, strumming my banjo, practicing Spanish, or learning to play water polo. And for the record, I’ve been using em dashes faithfully for years—well before AI made them both fashionable and questionable.
